WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

We offer three different categories for delivery based on location.Shipping options and costs for deliveries within the Czech Republic:

GLS: 105 kč ( 1 business day )

Zásilkovna: 79 kč ( 1 business day )

Česká pošta: 75 kč ( 1 - 2 business day)

NB Balíkovna 79 kč ( 1 - 2 business days )

Shipping options and costs for deliveries within Europe:

GLS Europe - €9 (3 - 7 working days)

PPL Europe - €16

PPL to Germany - €5

PPL to Slovakia - €5

PPL to Poland - €5

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Sure thing! We want you to have complete satisfaction when shopping with us. That is why we provide a 14-day return and exchange policy on most items, with the exception of intimate wear. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Returning an item within 14 days is a breeze.

  1.  Log In: Click "Log In" and use your order email. 
  2. Email Code: Look for an email code, then copy it. 
  3. Access Order: Paste the code on our site for order access. 
  4.  Request Return: Click "Manage Order" to start a return.

If for any reason you do not want or cannot use our self-serve returns, you can contact us at support@wearmillo.com and our team will create the return for you.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

We will provide a refund immediately upon the return of the product. Please note that the refund process may take 3 to 10 business days, as it depends on the policies of your bank provider, to credit the amount back to the original mode of payment.

To check your order status, use the tracking number provided. Visit the shipping supplier's website and enter the tracking number for real-time updates on your package's location and delivery date.

HOW TO FIND A PERFECT FIT?

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE GARMENTS?

To care for your clothes, we recommend following the care labels and using cold water for washing. We advise against using a dryer whenever possible to preserve the fabric's quality and minimize energy consumption. Instead, opt for air-drying. Steam ironing is gentle and effective for removing wrinkles. Avoid overwashing to extend the life of your garments.
