Where do we ship to?

For delivery of MILLO clothes to you, we use the service of DPD or Packeta in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia – you can choose Packeta pickup point or Packeta Home.

We want MILLO to be available to most of you, we ship to the following countries using DHL:

Prices for sending abroad are different, so countries are divided into zones (1-6) according to postage. You choose the zone based on the country you live in.

You may also contact our Customer Service at support@wearmillo.com, if you need the order shipped to a country that is not listed on the list.

Do we offer free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping, because shipping costs. We do not want to encourage our customers to buy clothes because shipping is free. 

Where do we ship from? 

We ship all orders from the Czech Republic, where our warehouse is based.

How long will shipping take? 

We send weekend orders and orders made on public holidays the next working day. Delivery times may be longer during the holidays.

Do we have free returns?

We do not offer free returns either.
